A fully qualified boxing coach and personal trainer with military experience in the Parachute Regiment, Graham uses a holistic approach that builds both physical and mental strength. His philosophy is inspired by the regiment’s motto, Utrinque Paratus (“Ready for Anything”), a mindset he helps every participant develop through discipline, confidence, and resilience.

Graham’s youth boxing sessions are all about building stronger minds and bodies. Working with local schools and families, he’s helped turn energy into focus and pride and has seen a real difference in the community. Sessions run daily for boys and girls, whether for fitness or competition.
